Rachel is a Yoga therapist, ayurvedic consultant and counselling therapist who has been sharing her love of yoga since 2007. She loves to take her students on a journey that goes beyond yoga as a physical practice and focuses on encouraging her students to integrate and embody the practices and teachings of yoga in their daily lives though sacred practice. Originally from the UK Rachel now shares yoga from her intimate studio which is located on the Southern coast of New South Wales Australia.
