Our Online collection has been intentionally and thoughtfully curated for you in beginning the heartwarming journey of re-connecting with and exploring your often hidden or neglected inner resources.
Our library embodies the idea that the mind and body are beautifully beneficial instruments in affirming our capacity for a deeper internal connection, intimacy and independence. Establishing a home practice is an amazing rite of passage that allows us to learn and move at our own pace, listen and respond to our bodies needs, and develop greater consistency and frequency of practice. Rather than moving through a class on autopilot, leaving as stressed and reactive as you when arrived, and feeling uninspired by the teachings, a home practice opens the window to the invaluable experience of self-awareness.
Our yoga mat is a sacred space for self-awareness and exploration. It is a place to traverse our doubts, anxieties, and insecurities and connect with the mental and emotional patterns we have learned to identify with, not only in our practice, but in life. A 2008 study conducted by the University of Maryland and the National Institutes of Health found the frequency of home practice was a better predictor of positive health than how many classes a person attended weekly or how long someone practiced. The study also found that yoga students who practiced at home reported more positive mindfulness and subjective wellbeing. So, the most intriguing part of your yoga practice doesn’t lie in the Teacher or Studio, but in the ever-changing state of both your body and mind, as witnessed by you!
In our library you’ll receive guidance on one full spectrum sequence that includes a breath centric movement practice (āsana) based in the Vinyasa Krama method, prānāyāma and dhāranā (focusing practice) and some Ayurvedic guidance to enhance your wellbeing. You will practice the sequence, learning it ‘off by heart’, as a means of empowering yourself and discovering the freedom, joy and equanimity that comes when we confidently look within.

What our online collection members say !!
Beautiful. Loved the practice with the hand movements to help me focus :)
Thank you Rachel. Really need this to help get into a state of rest. So much busyness inside and out :)
I love your take of the question, what type of yoga you teach. It's just yoga. I haven't been teaching long but I will have an idea of a class in my mind but whether it is flowing or concentrating on the foundation of the poses depends on the day, how I feel and how my student/s feel . I am lucky to only have small classes and I am starting to be comfortable changing a class up or slow it down without having to put a label of the type of class. I am teaching .
So grateful to learn this lesson on the importance of chanting on the sound in Sanskrit rather my Aussie sounds🌼
Another great practice Rachel! I loved the long AK pranayama 💗
This looks delish Rach. I'll try this for my fam. Always looking for GF recipes for my little coeliac x
Tried this one this morning Rachel. I do need to strengthen my back and I really enjoyed this.
Hi Rach, this is a beautiful chanting practice for Ganesha. I enjoyed your words about Ganesha and seeing obstacles as teachers. I really enjoyed the chanting though and have been sitting here practicing with my daughter. x
