Prānāyāma practice 1

Welcome to this pranayama practice many of us go through life without having awareness of our breathing patterns. I recommend that you have practiced our breath centric yoga practice before starting a seated practice. Pranayama is one of yoga's more subtle practices it's an effective way of bringing more clarity and calm to your system.
