Now you can practice the whole sequence. Remember to advance in our practice is to go further inwards.. yoga is a state of being..the tools are many (āsana, prānayāma, chanting) they are not the goal, they simply provide us with some techniques to access that which is already inside.


Please print off the PDF and become self-guided in your practice if you can. I know of course that there are times when we need great support, so learn to discriminate what is a pattern and what is a need. Many of us need to develop independence in our practice this takes time and a commitment before it becomes comfortable.


One definition of yoga is to move upwards - to go where we haven't been before...
